Relative airflow is always parallel with and directly opposite in direction to the aircraft’s flight path
Lift also will act perpendicular (90 degrees) to the Relative Airflow through a single point known as Center of Pressure.
Relative airflow does not depend on Aircraft’s flight attitude, or direction and speed of the wind, but It does depended on the aircraft’s direction of travel.
