Cabin pressurization system constantly pump outside fresh air into the fuselage. A motorized door called an 'outflow valve' maintains the desired cabin interior pressure, and allow old stagnated air out of the cabin.

Large commercial aircraft often have two outflow valves. The valves are automatically controlled by the 'Cabin Pressure Controller'.
It is a very simple system. To increase the cabin pressure the door closes and to reduce the pressure, the opens slowly.
